The Spirits Education Academy is built for curious people. Maybe you enjoy a good pour but feel lost once you leave your favorite shelf. Maybe you've wondered what really separates one bottle from the next. Or you work in the industry and want training that goes beyond memorizing facts. You don't need a bar cart full of bottles or any background in spirits. Just bring your interest. I teach because understanding changes the experience. When you know how a spirit is made and what a label is telling you, buying and ordering get easier, tastings get richer, and every glass has more to say. Spirits connect us to places, history, and craftsmanship, and I want you to feel confident exploring all of it. Come learn with me. We'll start simple and build from there.
